We tuned the algorithm and we believe that we can "see" the cortical actin concentration along the cell outline (that's kind of seeing where the "muscle" of the cell on the membrane is more active - we hope to show that). The reason why this is actually happening is not too simple and we're still thinking about it, but first of all, here's some data:
